Autism Assistance Dogs - Update

Tasmanian Lions Autism Assistance Dogs, an initiative of the Rocky Cape Lions Club, were on hand at the Burnie District Convention 2010 to enable everyone to see the amazing work that they do, and the training required for them to become assistance dogs was also demonstrated. Our Club appreciates the warm support and donations that this project has received from other Lions Clubs across the state, as there are a number of children across Tasmania who are in desperate need of this help. With this support, we are well on the way to assisting a young boy suffering from this debilitating disease, and his family.
